1. Sign up for services.
Click "Book Now," enter your zip code, and sign up on our website. For questions, call our friendly staff, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
After signing up, a Fido Waste Works representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
After signing up, a Fido Waste Works representative will contact you to arrange your first cleanup and explain the process.
4. Attach Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services. Set up automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once enrolled, Fido Waste Works will generate an invoice and email a receipt, also accessible in the customer portal. Non-payment before the first monthly cleaning will result in removal from the service schedule.
5. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!
